Combined-Harvester Bush

If you remember in my previous posting, i showed the sample bush given by one customer for the Combined-Harvester. We have reproduced these bush and that customer has started to put them on actual trial onto one of his customer's machine...apparently, they normally lasts for a harvesting season (approximately 4 months. I hope our material will endure this season trial and pass this test.InsyaAllah...

New Anti-Sway Bush

Today i received a new Anti-Sway Bush sample from my associates requiring us to develop the mold and re-produce them using our version of urethane materials.
Apparently, this bush is meant for performance cars like Mitsubishi Evo 7 and BMWs...

I was approached by another similar player in the market asking me to produce bush for their combined harvester's vibrating screen.

These bushes acts as vibration dampers...

Our urethane polymer version will be available soon replacing these normal rubbers for improved performance and durability.
